- Position (Job title): CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST W/ GREEK/DUTCH/ITALIAN/SPANISH/GERMAN/SWEDISH
- Position profile: Administration, IT & telecommunications, Consultancy
- Responsibilities: Key responsibilities:
– Provide support to clients that use company’s websites, by chat, on the phone and by e-mail;
– Answer and follow up client’s queries about the products, the software, the procedures etc.;
– Escalate issues when needed, liaise with relevant departments in the company. - Experience on a similar position: 1 год.
- Requirements: The profile of the successful candidate:
– Fluent in GREEK/ DUTCH/ ITALIAN/ SPANISH/ GERMAN/ SWEDISH, spoken and written;
– Good English skills;
– Computer literate, at ease with chat;
– Previous experience in work with clients is not required and an extensive training will be provided; what is key is customer oriented mindset
– Reliable person with “can do” attitude;
